After updating latest version, my blog completely changed

  • I updated my HitMag theme few days ago and My blog was completely different from before.

    Now my blog is completely different from the demo theme and I cannot edit it to look like before. Please have a look and check it and kindly let me know how to fix it.

    Hi @duongbacnk,

    Do you mean the site width? If so it is not because of the update. I checked your site by inspecting elements and found out it is because one of your plugin has written some CSS to change the body width to 700px.

    To find out what plugin causes this issue first deactivate all the plugins. Then reload the site. If the site is working fine now one of your plugin is the reason for the issue. Then activate plugins one by one while refreshing the site until the problem occurs again. That way you can find the plugin. After finding the plugin go through that plugin settings to find out what is the reason for this.

    FYI: the latest theme update was only for loading Google fonts from your site’s host instead of loading them from Google Fonts CDN. It is a latest recommendation from the WordPress theme review team.
