What does it mean when my Free account has “(Legacy)” written on it?

    Hi @hilltothesouth,

    This means the sending plan you have is no longer available to be subscribed to. In your case, you have a legacy free sending plan for 1,000 subscribers, and this plan still included the Premium features. While the new free plan for 1,000 subscribers we offer (Starter) does not include Premium features anymore.

    If you’d like to change your plans, please be aware that there’s no way to get back to the legacy plan you have now. You can simply upgrade it to a different plan or subscribe to a new plan at https://account.mailpoet.com/
