    Hi,

    I am trying to link my AST to my order fulfilment partner site. Somehow the order gets updated from processing to shipped but the tracking number appears under custom fields instead of being added to the “shipment tracking info” field, as a result the customer gets sent an incomplete tracking link. Is there any fix to this issue?

    Hi Zorem, Thank you for your response. I use the site istoreisend. https://www.istoreisend.com/

    Basically the issue is the order status gets updated from processing to shipped. But the tracking info is not updated. Instead, the tracking code is just added to the custom fields
    name: ywot_tracking_code
    Value: (tracking code)

    This is a serious issue as it will trigger a broken email to be sent to the customer. Is there anyway this can be fixed?

    Hi, I think that istoreisend update the WooCommerce order notes API with the tracking info and change the order status to Completed (Shipped). You can point istoreisend to use AST’s shipment tracking endpoint when they update WooCommerce with the tracking info.
