Can't View Sub-Blog Pages Unless Logged In

  • I have a strange problem for which I’ve endlessly searched for a solution.

    Whenever a NON-REGISTERED user tries to view a PAGE on a SUB BLOG, they are redirected to the wp-login screen.

    When REGISTERED users attempt to view the page, they are able to do so.

    What could be the problem? On the MAIN BLOG, there are no issues regarding registered or non-registered users.
