Ready to give up

  • Hi all this is a very broad ranging issue
    Basically I can not get anything to work I can only assume that the siteground installation is in some way defective
    This is my first time using WordPress yes but not my first website but I have always used the likes of Duda big commerce square space so I get the basics but these don’t even work.
    Tried elementor and nothing ever displayed as it should now used the built in block editor I grasp it but I had block press installed and ended up having to create a template for every page as what was displayed was hit and miss sometimes page content some times just a layout of blocks almost at the point of roll a dice and see what you get Id set content to 100% and get a whacking great column of white either side of mobile view and latest one for no reason ecwid block has started to show as a pop up 2 months now and not a single decent page is this normal if so you guys have the patience of a saint
    Has anyone else ever had this experience I feel like I’m going mad
