Reviews are not downloading

    I’ve used this plugin before and it worked perfectly. But now it doesn’t download any reviews to the server but only shows a message saying “Your reviews are downloading in the background.This can take up to a few hours depending on the load and platform.
    In the meantime, you can setup your widget with a few example reviews.”

    And when I used the shortcode, it is showing an error “You don’t have any reviews in your trustindex”

    I have signed up for a free account and as the trial is over, I am unable to use the free widget configurator furthermore.

    Hi @revina2001 !

    This plugin needs time to download the reviews. Please wait it out then you’ll be able to create a widget.

    In the admin site you get a trial week after registration, during which you can try all our features for free for 7 days. After that the widget will not work, since it is a function for subscribers.
