You can translate this string using Loco Translate. You will need to create a new template in the plugin files, for this, you need to select “Edit template”, then you select the language you need and through the search find the string you need.

I see that in the PO-file this line is translated into the language set in the settings of WordPress, but the frontend displays the English version.
The other lines are translated normally.

I did not find other options how to change the installed plugin translated the files that are required. There is a translation in the files in the calculator on the site is not displayed cleared the cache from both the site and the browser and tried to check from another browser

Please make sure you save the translations to the correct system directory. Also, please make the template sync. To do this, go to the plugin translation section, click Edit template -> Sync: screenshot

I just checked that I have synchronization and translation in the loco plugin 100% translate into the language I need. In the search for the plugin, the translation is displayed; updated the cache of the server, site, browser, these two words are still displayed only in English.
