    Hello,

I have included a contact form 7 form in a popup.

This form has 3 text fields, 1 email field, 1 textarea field.

On an android phone, when selecting these fields (except for the textarea) the behaviour is not ideal. I would like the screen to scroll automatically to the selected field. Isn’t it the behaviour that is expected? See video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1pKp4yRv3GZ670Qzz4d60RrsJK8fycqrB/view?usp=sharing

I did the test with Twentytwentyone and almost all my plugins deactivated (I had to leave Tribe The Events Calendar active because for a reason I ignore the popup was not displaying without it).

I don’t know if this is clear.

    Thanks.

    Hi @palomar83

Thank you for getting in touch, and we’re sorry you are having trouble with Popup Maker and Contact Form 7 (CF7) on an android device.

We checked the issue. CF7 fields displays properly inside the popup content, including when selecting it.

Here’s the result of our test:

Note: Tested using an actual android device – Samsung S22.

Could you try using an actual device for testing or emulator like BrowserStack?

For selecting the text fields, we believe that you will need basic javascript custom coding to auto-scroll automatically.

Learn how to add custom CSS and JS here:

While the textarea field, that is the default behavior and scrolls down since it has a different height.

We hope that helps. Please let us know how it goes, or if you have questions.

    Thank you!

    Thank you very much.
The video I attached is a test on an actual phone (mine) using Android Debug Bridge.
So I get that the auto-scroll is not the default behaviour of popup maker.
I will try to solve this small issue another way.
    Best,
