    Hello

Yesterday my SEO Yoast stopped working. I cannot see keyphrase synonyms or SEO analysis resultats etc.

I have tried to troubleshoot myself with the health tool plugin. I deactivated all plugins and changed to standard wordpress theme. I tried to have SEO Yoast as the only available plugin, but that didn’t solve the issue.

I even tried to delete the plugin and reinstall in.

Can you help me solve this?

    Thank you very much.

    Hi @alzaree

Thanks for using Yoast SEO and reaching out to us. We’re sorry to hear that the SEO analysis tab and Keyphrase synonyms fields are not showing for you.

To start with, there are a few troubleshooting steps to try to make sure that the settings are enabled:
    1) Please confirm you have the right user permissions. You can check by going to Users → Your Name → Yoast SEO settings (may need to scroll down) and confirm that both “Disable SEO analysis” and “Disable readability analysis” are unchecked?
    2) Can you confirm that SEO, Readability, and Insights are enabled by going to Yoast SEOGeneral Features and checking that SEO, Readability, and Insights are enabled?
Can you confirm that SEO and Readability are enabled on the posts? You can check by going to SEO→ Search Appearance → Content Types and make sure that the Show SEO settings for Posts/Pages? are set to On
    3) Can you confirm that if you go to the post/page and click on Screen Options (in the top right), are all the right options enabled? If you are using the WordPress block editor(Gutenberg), you will need to click on the dots in the corner and select options.
    4) Can you please go to SEO Tools and confirm whether the SEO Data Optimization is completed or not?

This article should help serve as a guide for some of the settings.

If the issue persists, please provide us with screenshots that highlight the issue you are experiencing. You can use any image-sharing service like https://pasteboard.co/, https://snag.gy/, https://imgur.com/, https://snipboard.io/, or even upload the screenshot to your own website. Once you upload it to an image-sharing service, please share the link to the image here.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi Jose

    Thank you for helping out.

The user lost the right permission level – that solved it.

    Thank you!
