problem uploading epub +htaccess

    Hi
    I am unable to upload epub with the files while i have no problem uploading them to the media folder.
    But as they have to be uploaded with the file to endup in the EDD directory i am kind of stuck.

    Also i would like to know the content of the htaccess supposed to protect this folder because the only thing in mine is
    options
    -indexes
    and i have full access to files if i enter the url in my browser…

    Sorry, I did not get your point ‘epub’? Can you please elaborate the scenario a little more? so I can take a look and help you my best.

    I don’t know how to elaborate more.
    I just can’t upload a file to download ending with .epub, the only way is to drop the file directly in the EDD folder via Cpanel or via a plugin.

    There’s no problem with .pdf, .jpg etc. but for unknown reason your plugin doesn’t accept the .epub format.

    Hello @lola99

    Please install this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/file-upload-types/ and add .epub files to be uploaded to WordPress.

    EDD follows the rules that WordPress has in terms of file uploads so you might need to allow epub files to be added.
