Date showing up in search results

Google picks and shows the dates that they see in the content itself. Here’s a link for more information:

So to remove the date, you will have to remove it from your page. That’s something that can be done from your theme options. If you are not able to find the option then you will have to get in touch with your theme’s support and ask them to remove the date.

– how can I change the logo that shows up in google search? I uploaded another logo in the Rank Math settings, but the logo uploaded there is not used by Google and instead they use the first logo that comes up on the website. Which sadly doesnt look nice. 1. Those results are automated by the algorithm and show businesses or places related to the search terms.

You could try to create a GMB listing and also make sure that you have your business present on Google Maps to get a chance of appearing on such search results.

2. This one is expected since Google takes the first suitable image from the page when adding it to the mobile SERPs.

If you want to add your own logo there or a different image you need to make sure it’s present at the beginning of the page.

1) My Google business review was pending postcard verification and it just arrived yesterday, so I am now showing up on Google maps. I will wait a few days and see if it would also show up in the Google search results at the top. Funnily enough, when a friend of mine is testing it, I already do show up. Just on my computer in incognito mode, its not showing yet.

2) Sadly it would not look nice if I put that logo on the website, is there any workaround like adding it, but making it invisible to the users and only visible for the search engines so they grab it as a logo? I was hoping the logo upload on Rank math would work in a way that you can choose the image that shows up as a thumbnail.

1. We are glad to hear that you are now verified for Google maps and hope that you start to rank higher soon.

2. Unfortunately, the image can’t be controlled by the Schema or meta tags. You will have to change your current logo on the homepage and replace it with the one that you want to show in the SERPs and wait for Google to crawl the page again.
