Contact form refreshes the page on submission

Thank you for creating this awesome plugin, unfortunately there is 1 issue and I have faced it few times in different projects.
I don’t know why but CF7 refreshes the page on submission.
and this id “#wpcf7-f42-o2” shows up in addressbar after page refresh
Also I don’t see any errors in console, so it is difficult to troubleshoot this problem.
Kindly provide some solutions. Thanks!

Here is the another issue which I face sometimes is this.
Is this problem connected to the page referesh on submit?
