    Hy,
    I have activated SEPA bank transfer in my shop, but it does not appear in the payment methods. It does appear, but disappears again shortly afterwards. The problem is reproducible in the shop: https://www.silentmodding.com

    According to Mollie Support, the requirements are met in the account to be able to use this payment method.

    Does anyone have any tips for me? Thank you very much!`

  • I happen to have the same problem with my client’s store. I figured out it has something to do with the currency switcher, if you disable this plugin / function it should show up again.

    you are right, thanks!
    Only Problem is, that i need this payment method especially for the second currency ?? (Switzerland, SEPA bank transfer, my bank doesnt accept CHF).
    Any known workaround or fix?

    Hi @steckbecken,

    Mollie supports CHF only with PayPal and credit cards: https://docs.mollie.com/payments/multicurrency

    But there is currently an issue that could lead to the Bank Transfer gateway being hidden under certain circumstances. This will be addressed in the next update. A new pre-release version with a fix is expected in the coming days.
    In the meantime, you could also try deleting the mollie_wc_gateway_banktransfer_settings option in the wp_options database table to see if this restores the gateway for you.

    Hi! We also have the same problem with Mollie payments methods. The methods appear and then disappear after a few seconds, and we do not have currency switcher option (at least I don’t find anything about this).

    We noticed that the first payment method will work (in our case iDeal) if in the form we press Enter, and not just focusing out by clicking outside of the form.

    – tried deleting mollie_wc_gateway_banktransfer_settings – no change
    – we have Geolocate activated, tried changed that in No location by default – no change
    – made sure all the billing fields are filled in – no change

    We are not sure what else to try out.. any ideas?
