    Hi Kevin,

I’m using your plugin for a long time and today I got an alert form a client that cant buy a kit in our store.

The product is available to add to the cart, the quantity of each product is fine but when I press the Complete Order button I get an error message that says “not enough units of error”.

I’ve uploaded the plugin, turn it off and on again, remove it from the kit and setup ip again but is still showing the error.

There is anyway to despiste the error?

Can you help me with this?

Here is the product – https://barbudos.pt/loja/kit-iniciacao-barbudo/ (please use google translate on the page)

    Thanks.

I’ve removed all the plugin configurations to let people buy products, let me know if you need to do some tests, please.

This sounds like an issue I’ve seen before.

In your WordPress admin, navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory and check the “Hold stock (minutes)” setting. This needs to be zero (or empty).

Let me know if this fixes your issue.

    Hi @kmac420

It’s insane, I have this as 60 min almost 8 years, never changed this…

Actually your suggestions works for me and thanks about that.

But if Kevin can fix it could be a better solution.

    Thanks.

Oops, that was an old www.ads-software.com account, but that was from me, the plugin author.

The part of WooCommerce that controls reserving stock is a function called reserve_stock_for_order and it does not have any integration points to let me change the inventory that is going to be put on hold.

The best I can do right now is to update the plugin so that it disables the WooCommerce setting for putting stock on hold during the checkout process.

    Hi @kevinmccall (:

It is really strange because I have a dependent product bought last week with the same setup with the 60min reservation stock and it worked…

Don’t know how but it worked at least to the last week.
