• I created a simple “Sold Out” label just using the “stock status” –> out of stock feature. The labels show correctly, but I noticed a delay of 24+ hours for it to disappear when I add inventory to the products and update the product to “in stock.”

    I deactivated my cache plugin (Wp rocket) and the issue still happens. Any clue on how to fix it?

    Hi,

    Tested it locally. Label works right away when status changed.

    This is cache. Maybe Wp rocket, maybe your hosting has inner cache, maybe you are using service eg Cloudflare with cache.

    Hi Dmytro – thanks for your reply! I checked the website without any cache (wp-rocket and/or server cache) and the issue still happens. I also had Cloudways (my server and host provider) support look into the issue, and run tests without the server cache and the issue continues.

    Here’s an example: the 1st and 3rd products on this page are “in stock” but the plugin still shows the “sold out” labels. The links below show the site without any cache:
