updated conversion script (b2 to WP)

Thanks Dave Appleyard for the excellent script here:

– migration of dates
– updating of image URLs
– migration of post status.

The source version of b2Evolution was 0.9.0.11 “Paris” and the target version of WordPress was 1.5.
