Hi I was using WooCommerce PayPal Payments. On two upgrades it stopped working and couldn’t retrieve the order. I fixed it with rollbacks. Then on the next WC upgrade it stopped again.

    I changed to your plugin.

I tested on a staging site created 2days ago with same plugins before installing on live site. Everything worked well and still does on the staging site. The live site did too, for two tests.

On the live site it now dosesn’t pickup the paypal surcharge from the Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts for WooCommerce plugin. It does on the staging site
    staging15.atcproducts.com.au

Any hints or ideas for me to try will be appreciated

    regards Rick

    Hello @nqtrees,

Greetings from WebToffee. Thanks for contacting us on this forum.

The issue may be caused due to conflicts with the third-party plugin. We would like to test the PayPal Express Checkout plugin with the Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts for WooCommerce plugin. If you are using the free version, please share the plugin URL with us.

    Hi, solved my problem
In the line under the woocommerce settings, there are 2 paypal dropdowns. On the staging site, both were filled in with the 3.6 percent Paypal Surcharge and enabled.

On the live site only one was filled in. I added the info to the settings, enabled the second one and the paypal surcharge appears at the cart and the checkout.

Here’s a link to the settings page images in case you don’t quite picture what I am talking about. I made a page on the staging site with an image
    https://staging15.atcproducts.com.au/payment-gateway-based-fees-and-discounts/

thanks again for your earlier response

    best regards Rick

    Hi, I have another problem

PlugIn Conflict – Checkout Fields Manager for WooCommerce & WebToffee PayPal Express Checkout Payment Gateway for WooCommerce ( Free )

We have added radio buttons to our checkout page via the Checkout Fields Manager plugin. The radio buttons are for Courier Authority To Leave and they are a required field.

    link to images
    https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bnI8YK56dauzJyRgTFxvyocKBm1YpfPBJTLPx4X-anY/edit?usp=sharing

The plugin works perfectly with credit card orders which are paid via our banks api.

All of the information from the radio buttons and the Notes phone numbers and email addresses appears on the emails and the backend of woocommerce

However, when paypal is used via the Web Toffee plugin for the purchase, the information for the Authority to Leave, sometimes email and sometimes phone number is not recorded in the backend or the notification email.

On odd occasions, it will record all details when using paypal.

Any suggestion will be gratefully accepted.

    Thanks
