Hi, thanks for plugin, it’s works perfect. Want to ask, I have multisite, where in one website is woocomerce and using your coupons. Everything is fine, except when a client gets an email with coupon code, in email is writing today expiry date. Order date: 2022-08-22. Expiry date: 2022-08-22. Tried to change option in product, where you can change expiry date, no reaction. I would like to have default 365 days expiry, and it must show Expiry date: 2023-08-22. How I can fix it?

    Hi @darkooo

thank you for your message and feedback ??

Do you have the latest version of the plugin (1.5.7)?

If you use a caching plugin, try to resave the product settings for the PDF coupon after deleting the cache. Then, try to buy a new product – a gift card.

My colleague has just tested the latest version of the plugin and with 365 days, the expiry date is correct.

Let me know if the caching/ version steps were helpful.

    Hi @darkooo

    thank you for your reply.

Please send the screenshots of the PDF coupon template and from the Product Data section with PDF Coupon tab visible settings. Also, send the list of your plugins (or the system status).

I will be able to check/ replicate the issue with your PDF coupons settings in my environent.
