Change Terminology?

Hi – we are using this plugin for a slightly abnormal case (hunting location rental) and so the term “event” doesn’t really fit. Is there a way to change all instances for the term “event” to “rental”, and do the same for some of the other terms? Other than the verbiage, the plugin seems to be a great fit for our needs!
