Links on top of front page showing up on bottom of page

Hello!

I noticed earlier today that the page links listed on my front page are now appearing at the bottom of the page. I have disabled all of my plug ins and that did not fix the problem. From my research, I’m assuming this is a menu issue, but I’m not sure. Does anyone know what this problem might be and how to fix it?
