File attachments intermittent

Hi

I have spent a few hours trying various things to fix an issue I am having so out of desperation am contacting you. Thank you in advance.

I have the latest CF7, CFDB7 on WP 5.9.3.

The form includes [file* image filetypes:jpg|jpeg|png|gif limit:8388608] plus the [image] tag in the File Attachments field.

The form sends successfully, however sometimes the image is attached to the email, other times the filename is included without the .jpg extension, and sometimes the attachment is there but the image is broken.

I have also tried 2 file uploads on the same form with various results. For example:
? 1 image is attached correctly, the other is broken
? both images are broken

Any suggestions? I haven’t seen this issue any where else in my research.
