Add to datalayer information about update

Hello, we would like to add to datalayer information about cookie constent update.

Which means everytime when visitor accept, reject cookies or change decision and accept/reject cookies later, we would like to push this information to datalayer.
Something like:

window.dataLayer = window.dataLayer || [];
window.dataLayer.push({
‘event’: ‘consent_update’
});

Is this possible with your plugin pls?
