Text will NOT stay on top of image

I have tried every setting, sent 50 test emails through and can not get the text to stay on top of the image, you have a before and after setting and it is set to “after content” and tried plain text and html. also I bought your video add on and it seems that when you put it in plain text mode the youtube video will only load a link not that actual video.
