Preview and send newsletter dont work

Thank you for your report! We’ve had some paid customers tell us the same but others are not and in our testing, it is fine. So, something is causing those. We’re investigating. However, we have a new version coming out soon that will hopefully fix those bugs.

We have the same problem with our newsletters – the update from a few days ago did nothing!

Version 4.8.4 was launched. Can you let us know if it resolves the issues?

It still does not work for me.

Nothing has changed with the update, it still does the exact same thing.

Which issue is the one affecting you out of both?
And, are you able to send us access to your website (not here) on our support page on our website? You can lodge a ticket there.

The previews when typing a newsletter does not work, and it does not send the newsletter email afterwards either – the newsletter disappears as soon as you leave the page.

What sort of access do you need? I’m not sure if I can grant you access to it.

Just update 4.8.4, but the problem is the same. Please let me know if you need access to the website.

@mesterkim @nutstrikesagain, just as a test, can you navigate to Configuration and disable the drag and drop builder, save, and then try again?

If that resolves it, then we can troubleshoot this differently.

@mesterkim, if you would like to provide access, can you go to our website and click on Support and lodge a ticket there, please? It’s a secure way to send us access. It won’t be secure here.

I can’t seem to locate the drag and drop builder under Configuration? Is it under “General”, “System” or another tab?

It is located under General > General Mail Settings (first setting): Disable Drag & Drop Builder When Creating Newsletters.

Hi again. Found the Drag and drop builder, and disabled it, but the result is the same. I get an confirmation mail saying that all mails in the queue has been sent. But they’re not, and you cant see the newsletter under “Sent”.

It will be for us and the developer that will be assigned to your ticket, no one else outside of Tribulant would have access to it. Make sure to submit it on our website :).

Disabling drag and drop did not help the issues for me either.
