Only Redirect If First Time Visit

    Hello. Installed your plugin, it’s very convenient to use the “not from” setting, thank you very much for that. The problem is different, I activated the Only Redirect If First Time Visit option and created a rule, if the user is not from Ukraine, then redirect the site to the English version. But it turns out that the redirect occurs constantly, and not just once. I click on the link for the Ukrainian version, but I still get to the English version.
    The rule looks like this:
    Redirect if user is Not From Ukraine To /en/ When Visits /uk/
    Or I also did this, because Ukrainian is the default language:
    Redirect if user is Not From Ukraine To /en/ When Visits /
    In the same way, I also registered the full path of the site.
    Polylang is also installed, maybe it interferes, but browser language detection is disabled.

    Please share your settings Screenshots and try in incognito maybe! Maybe Cookie setup is not working on your browser. Check on other devices

    Thank you for responding to my question. The site was checked on several devices, everywhere the problem was the same. In incognito mode, I did not try to test. Maybe in the near future I will deal with this issue. Temporarily installed another plugin with similar functionality, and there this function works fine. But I would like to return to your plugin.     Hi @moez220 Did you check if your browser is blocking cookie setting?

    Hello. I am also facing a similar issue. The website is getting redirected when it is clicked for the first time and from the second time onwards, it opens normally. Please guide

    @venugopalkapre what issue are you facing? only redirect first time is not working? what’s your settings and what is expected result?

    Hi. I misread the thread. Actually, my website is hacked. When any new user try to access my website for the first time, it redirects to a malicious website. If I try to access using the same device for the second time, it loads properly. Can you help?

    I am sorry to hear that your website was hacked and compromised… but I am unable to support you in this context. I hope you get back your site very soon… I can suggest some tips : try to restore your last backup if possible, do install your plugins from official sources only and best of luck!
