Hello,
We display a “Call us” button in case the price is empty. How can i change this text when switching to another language?
I’m using Polylang for the translation. Polylang suggests that i translate it using Loco Translate, however when i try to do it a get a message saying: Error: Invalid POT file: woo-custom-empty-price.pot

Hi @isaakgeo. I’ve installed Polylang myself in a test environment and I’ve run some tests. I can see why you would be having an issue. The way the WordPress translation files work, means that they require the known text to be in file in the first place.
Because of the way the Custom Empty Price plugin works, the text ( in your case ‘Call Us’) is added by the user, and therefore it can’t be hard coded into the theme template and automatically translated.
To cut a long story short, the plugin cannot support translation in its current form.
I am planning on adding translation support which takes a different approach, where a user can add as many country locales as they like in the plugin settings. This will then reveal extra boxes for each langauge, so you could add a ‘Call Us’ for english, and whatever else you want to say, French or German etc.
Unfortunately, it is going to take me a couple of weeks for me to roll this out for you. Hope this is of some help however.
