    @onurparlar Hi there, thank you for reaching out. I will be happy to take a look into this for you and do some testing on my end to see what could be the issue. In the mean time, could you provide your Site Health information? You can share privately if you prefer.

    Thank You for you quick respone @luckynasan

    I just shared my site health details…

    fingers crossed ??

    Hi @onurparlar thanks for submitting information. I can see that you have several active plugins on your site so it would be good to rule out any possible conflicts with a plugin or even your theme.

    To do this could you please follow the troubleshooting steps here and let me know how you get on.

    Hello @adamdunnage

    I just tried like inside troubleshooting steps…

    But result is same ??

    do you have any other idea?

    @onurparlar Could you try temporarily changing your theme to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty-Twenty and check your Story once more?

    Could I also ask who your hosting provider is?

    (@onurparlar)

    @adamdunnage I installed Twenty-Twenty and story looking same ??

    My hosting on NameCheap

    @onurparlar Thanks for your continued patience on this while we troubleshoot the issue. Could you please try going to this URL which will create a temporary site. You can then try installing just the Web Stories plugin and a Story and see if you get the same issue as on your site.

    Could you let me know how this behaves and I will continue to test on my side.

    @adamdunnage

    I created one dump site like you said also I’ve installed my theme to be sure…

    I can see chars in that dump site ??

    https://dustypunishment.s1-tastewp.com/web-stories/mario-de-biasi-neselen-de-biasi/

    Hmmm I think It’s all about selected fonts from stories but it’s same like been on my site… Roboto ??

    @onurparlar If possible it would be worth trying to add the same plugins you have on your own site one by one to this site to see if adding any of them causes the character issue again.

    I would also advise reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they can run some checks on their side to see if they can spot anything.

    @adamdunnage , the think is correct but when I tried troubleshooting mode I deactivated all of them but problem was still there…

    Now I’m talking with hosting support they created ticket when they will give me answer I’ll share…

    Thank you again

    @onurparlar When deactivating using troubleshooting mode, this may not always show conflicts with published Stories. So if you could try this that may help but I understand if you can’t.

    Okay that would be great to hear back what they say. Thanks.

    @adamdunnage

    My hosting have really interesting approach ??

    “We have replaced core WordPress files, the issue was resolved. The website is up.
    Please check it on your side and let us know if you need any further assistance.”

    I’ll open new ticket to try to explain again them but I think I cant find solution from them… ??

    @onurparlar Okay if you could let me know if it goes when speaking to the host again that would be helpful.

    @adamdunnage

    They suggest to reinstall plugin I tried that before but to be sure I made it again…

    Still chars broken on fronthand ??

    I’ll keep updated you

    @onurparlar Have you tried temporarily deactivating any browser extensions you may have which could be causing a conflict? If you are using Chrome you can check these by going to chrome://extensions/.
