Plugin working on multisite working only on 1

    Hello dear webtoffee team,

    I have downloaded your plugin on my multisite and it works very well one my main website (B2B) but unfortunately even after setting up the plugin on the other site (same domain but it is a mutlisite) the order number is not changing at all and not applying the Prefix I would like to use.

    I did the same parameters as the other website which works fine so I don’t know what the problem could be?

    Please make sure that there is no other sequential order plugin or custom code (to change the order number) on the mentioned site you are facing issues with. Kindly share your WooCommerce system status report (WooCommerce>status>system status report) for a better understanding of your system environment.     Hi @mhyacinthe49,

    We have noticed that there are two Sequential Order Number for WooCommerce plugins (same copy) active on your mentioned site. That might be the reason for the conflict. You may deactivate/delete one from the site to fix the issue.

    Good morning,

    Thank you for your reply. I have activated the plugin on each multisite separately because I wanted the orders to be with different prefix (one site for B2C and another one for B2B).

    If I activate it only on network will I still be able to have different prefix on each Sub-mulitiste?

    It seems to be working now. Maybe it was a plugin conflict then.
