The Pro version of this plugin keeps hanging! It will not upload nothing at all!

    The plugin “Woocommerce Product Excel Importer/exporter Pro” keeps on hanging when I try to upload my excel files, I have tried and tried uploading the files following your directions/templates.
    I have even tried to upload one of your samples and we got the same negative result.
    Please help.
