    Hi,

I am on a shared hosting plan so I constantly work to make our website as fast loading as possible.

Does the Monsterinsights plugin JS and CSS have to be loaded on every page and post to function and give accurate collection of the visitor traffic?

I also use a Asset Manager that can stop any page from loading the plugin and its JS and CSS to improve loading speed.

Can I safely exclude all pages from loading the Monsterinsights plugin except for the WordPress dashboard?

I am guessing that the plugin relies on the data fed to it by the Google Analy tics.

I look for to your prompt reply and answer!

    Hi @kpbryce132,

    Thanks for reaching out.

JS and CSS assets are loaded for logged-in administrators or users who have access to your MonsterInsights reports in /wp-admin/.

The majority of these assets aren’t loaded for visitors to your site though, only frontend.min.js is loaded. Very specific tracking functionality is only loaded where needed.

If you use our Popular Posts tool, there will also be a frontend.min.css loaded to style those popular post sections. But this can be turned off within Insights ? Popular Posts and then selecting “No Styles” within the Behavior ? Widget Styling section of each popular post type (inline, widget and product).

If you decide to, you can hide the MonsterInsights reports by going to Insights ? Settings ? Advanced. There is a section called Reports with options, and a “Hide Admin Bar Reports” toggle.

I hope this helps, but please let me know if you have further questions.

    Thanks!
