Hello, is it possible to automatically grey out timeslots once they are full? Right now when a timeslot is full it shows “There are currently no times available for booking on your selected date.” but still allows customers to click on it.

Would be nice if once the slot is full, customers wont be able to select that slot anymore to avoid confusion. Currently I have to manually block out timeslots that are full to allow them from being clicked on using the schedule “Exceptions” settings.

    Hello mad,

Actually, by default, any unavailable time slots are hidden (and you can show them, if you want, using the “Display Unavailable Time Slots” option in the Basic area of the Settings).

It sounds to me like maybe you are using some of the premium features to restrict bookings and something with that isn’t set up correctly. If that is the case, could you please contact us via email or our support center (https://www.fivestarplugins.com/support-center/), as discussion of the premium version is prohibited in these forums (https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).

If you are not using the premium version, then it could be that you have an issue with the scheduling rule(s) that you have set up. In that case, could you please share a screenshot of them, so we can take a look?

    Thanks!
