Bought the plugin, can’t download, support won’t respond

We bought the plugin, got a barrage of confirmation and receipt e-mails, but no link to download the plugin. When we made the purchase, it asked for our e-mail address, but nowhere did it ask us to create a password. I try to log into our account, but of course, since no password was ever set, I can’t. I try the Forgot Password? link, I put in our e-mail address, and I never get a response. I have done this 3 times over the last week. We still get the automatically generated e-mails from having bought the plugin, but we can’t get ANY support.
