    We bought the plugin, got a barrage of confirmation and receipt e-mails, but no link to download the plugin. When we made the purchase, it asked for our e-mail address, but nowhere did it ask us to create a password. I try to log into our account, but of course, since no password was ever set, I can’t. I try the Forgot Password? link, I put in our e-mail address, and I never get a response. I have done this 3 times over the last week. We still get the automatically generated e-mails from having bought the plugin, but we can’t get ANY support.

    @mcrockett Hey, We had responded both of your tickets and sent you the logins as well.

    Receipt emails were blocked by your SMTP.

    Can you respond back to your support ticket on our helpdesk?

    Sorry. Not sure why it would be blocked. Our e-mail is hosted in Office 365. From what domain are your e-mails coming?

    and you contacted us from [email protected] and [email protected]

    Can use use any other gmail address to contact our support? or ask your email provider to unblock emails from our domain.
