Is there a way to trigger the automatic generation of PDFs if orders are imported from an outside database into WooCommerce?

    Hi @boardboss,

None WooCommerce, or our plugin, has a feature like that yet. But we’re working on an extension that we have provided to our paid customers as a beta. This extension allows you to send emails in bulk, then you can use a specific WooCommerce emails notification to attach/create the invoice, e.g. Complete order, and send it in bulk using this tool.

If you have a license for whether Professional or Premium Templates, please write us at [email protected] mentioning this topic, and I’ll send you a copy too!

I sent you an email with a clarification of my requirements. I am not certain what you described in your reply will accomplish what I need to happen.

Our free main plugin creates invoices automatically based on email attachments, that is, when you attach the invoice within a WooCommerce email notification (that often are based on order status), the invoices are created.

The suggestion I left above is to use the extension I mentioned to bulk send a specific email notification that you had selected to attach the invoice (WooCommerce?> PDF?Invoices?> Documents?> Invoice?> Attach to), so this way the invoices are created automatically. This seems to me an easy way to do it.

However, I’ll read your mail and reply here, whether we found a way to achieve it or not.
