Toggle Mobile Menu

Unfortunately that layout is not possible in the free theme unless the navigation location is set to float right in the customizer:

However, doing that would change the layout on the desktop layout as well.

Now I want to remove the menu navigation bar only for tablets and mobiles.

What to do?
