    Hi,

    Since yesterday my customer can’t see the service point (Colissimo Relay) inside their orders and inside the email order so they can’t deliver orders to the customers since they can’t know the relay.

    Somebody here got the same problem ?

    Would you be able to send a ticket to our support about this issue? Either directly via the Sendcloud panel or by email to [email protected]

    Please include one or two examples of specific orders where the Service Point is missing as well as any other relevant information that might help detecting what could be causing this.

    Bonjour,

    Même problème ici : le mail garde une trace de la méthode de livraison en point relais Colissimo mais le point en lui même disparait du mail de nouvelle commande ainsi que de la commande elle même.

    Impossible de savoir quel point relais a été choisi.

    I would like to kindly ask you to create a support ticket in order to investigate this issue. Some users have been reporting this issue so an investigation is needed. Please provide us with the order numbers as reference.

    So many service point missing after order with Colissimo, so I swipe for Chronopost.

    Same problem, I am just now having a missing Chronopost service point.

    Please create a support ticket, directly via the support section in the Sendcloud panel or by sending an email to [email protected], so we can assist you accordingly.

    We are eager to further investigate the issue and fix it but, in order to do that, we will need you to provide us order numbers as reference (from the orders where the Service Point is missing).

    I already created a support ticket.

    One month and two weeks since josselynj warn you about the problem.

    Today, still can not use Colissimo and Chronopost service points without problems.

    I love SendCloud but I can not wait two or three month without service point for WooCommerce.

    If no resolution, no choice offer to me, I will leave you for another solution.

    Hi,

    I also have the same issue. About 1/3 of orders arrive without the service point info in the backend of the order & in SendCloud. I have debugged on my end and have no “front” issue.

    I opened a SendCloud support ticket (1503341) more than 1 week ago, with no answer from SendCloud yet. I am hoping the latest update will solve the issue.

    But this is not true. I have 2.2.10 and new missing service point today.

    Thank you for posting your feedback.

    This thread has been closed because the issue is being handled with our users directly via the support tickets.

    We indeed released the new version last week and this version 2.2.10 includes the fix for missing service point shipping methods in orders.

    If the issue continues to occur, I would like to kindly ask you to report it via the support ticket and our support team will proceed accordingly.

    Hi All,

    Same issue here with the 2.2.12 update.
    Lots of orders are not linked to service points.

    We now have to call all our customers to choose service point with them and then modify the shipping directly on sendcloud dashboard.

    We are near black friday / Christmas period, we should find a fix quickly !

    Impossible to use with 2.2.10 / 11 / 12

    We actually making test with a go back to 2.2.3

    For now, it is works. Maybe you can also test that ?

    No we know 2.2.3 works since months ago, so we directly go back to 2.2.3 without test others versions.

    I confirm 2.2.3 still working for us, no point missing in orders.
