    Hello,

is there a chance to use different rules for WooCommerce login?

I ask this because in our case, all malicious attempt logins come from WordPress login. No-one of them come using customers usernames or customers E-Mails.

So while we are very strict about rules for WordPress login, the same rules are too much hard for consumers that use a WooCommerce login. They often type wrong passwords for example, so they account is banned and also if we permits to order without an account, it can happens that they want order with their account.

I mean that this kind of issue can have an impact on our eCommerce. It’s an important topic for us as you can imagine.

We’d like continue use your plugin, but we also would like find a solution.

    What do you suggest?

    Thanks a lot.

I had to disable your plugin on all eCommerce managed by me. Christmas period means a lot of users that typing wrong passwords on WooCommerce login page can’t access to proceed purchasing products. I think that your plugin simply can’t be the right answer for WooCommerce users.

As I understood, you are developing something to fix this issue, but available only with a subscriptions. If confirmed, I will be obliged to uninstall definitely the plugin.

I’m honestly sorry! I’ll search something else.

    Thanks for your time.
