@shaady4 Please accept apologies from our side. Unfortunately, yes, it was a bug.

We have started to save all times in the UTC timezone as standard practice, but we forgot to check the database saved value with the UTC timezone, so this technical issue has arisen if your WordPress site’s timezone is different than UTC. Our QA team and development team couldn’t find out during testing becuase our testing sites are configured with a default UTC timezone.
