    Hello
Since last night, I have not been able to enter my WordPress dashboard and every time I did not encounter the message [you do not have permission to access this tab], after consulting with the hosting management, I realized that there is a problem with this plugin, please guide me in this matter.

May I know the URL where you are facing the issue?

@949754260000ok It looks like you have misunderstood something. Please delete or edit your message I have just asked URL, not credential. You should not write any credential to this forum. It is public forum. It will create a security issue to your site.

I updated the plugin to the latest version a few days ago, maybe the problem is due to the plugin update
    What do you think???

You are getting the error because you have disabled WordPress Admin Dashboard access. The AIOS is not giving this feature.

If you open the renamed login page in a new private browser window, you are prompted for username and password. It means you are already logged in in the regular browser but you can’t access the admin dashboard.

Open the file manager, navigate to the wp-content/plugins and rename the folder all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall, so the AIOS plugin will be deactivated. Then try to access /wp-admin.

Let me know what will happen on your end.

I did all the things, but I still don’t have access to the WordPress dashboard and I am directed to the store page

Of course, the store page is messed up and doesn’t work properly

If you renamed the wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall folder from your file manager, it disables the AIOS plugin and you are still facing the issue. It means the issue you are facing is caused by a third-party plugin or theme.

In such a case, please post your query in the WP general support forum.

    Thank you.

Yesterday I file get_header(); I moved the file that was in index.php to the header.php file in the head tag section. Do you think the problem could be from here?????
