Sync the shipping provider list to get the updated shipping providers list.

To sync the provider’s list, navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers, and from the top-right drop-down menu, click on Sync Providers.

I bought the PRO version after asking if it customized the provider. They said yes in support. It didn’t work. After N msg in chat, which takes around a day to respond, and no response to emails, I was told that I should talk to the provider’s support and that the plugin does not customize the provider ( even I had already explained that my business is the provider and that I had purchased the plugin for the tracking service to pull the Woocommerce status before bought). I canceled it, then another support person got in touch to say that it would have to be the PRO version to work. INSANE!!!! Since Then they answered me that the plugin doesn’t pull the woocommerce status and that it’s only possible to customize the image and the company name, but it doesn’t pull the statuses if the provider is customized.
Resume didnt work if you need personalizer the provider

when they will add the couriers of the Dominican Republic I need the integration of those couriers and I will leave the list
