Dark mode causes big trouble

Hi @vikagladka, sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the dark mode feature. Here are the steps for how to deactivate dark mode globally for your site:

1. Navigate to any Post or Page edit screen
2. Click the three dots in the top right corner to open the editor options
3. Click “Blockify” under the Plugins section
4. Toggle the “Enable dark mode” setting to off

Based on your feedback I have removed dark mode altogether in the last update.

I’m wondering if this has resolved the dark mode issue on your end?

Is there anything else I could do that would make you feel comfortable with changing or removing the review?

I understand your reasoning and apologize for dark mode not being 100% ready at the time of release. It is a work in progress (as is Gutenberg and all FSE block themes).

The negative review is really disheartening, as I have spent almost a year building this theme for free. Being one person, it is hard to do everything and keep up with the changes in WordPress and Gutenberg.

If you are able to change or remove the review I would be really grateful, and as always please let me know if there’s anything I can do to help.
