Order is cancelled in spite of succeeded Stripe payment

Hi there,
I have been using WooCommerce and Stripe for some time now, all without any issues.
The last couple of days I have received 2 complaints from customers that have paid using Stripe (I use the plugin ‘Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce’).
The WooCommerce message on the cancelled order is: time limit has been reached. Order status has changed.The customer takes around 4 minutes to pay. I think the waiting time of WooCommerce is 3 minutes…?
I do not sell physical products so there is no product stock setting that I can set to 60 minutes for example. Is there another method to extend the waiting-for-payment time?
