Iphone not displaying full details of email

Hi,

I have Form 7 set up as a contact us email, for some reason some iphones are failing to load up the “Reply to:” info and to display the email of the person sending an internal website email when the admin attempts to see it on their iphone email application. While others are displaying it. What is even weird is that if the admin checks the email by signing in from a browser the info is displayed, but not when it is run through the email app as imap application. I know it would seem it is a settings issue with the iphone, but no idea what that can be since since this is not even native app issue. Did anybody have same issues and if they could share their input that would be great. Or if somebody knows how to correct that issue that would be much appreciated.
