May we know if you want to show the closing button after some seconds only, so the users will need to read the content of the popup and only after will be able to close the popup?

In case you mean that, you need to do the following steps:

1) Open the Design section from your Popup Maker account
2) Make sure you have enabled the ”Show Close Button”
3) Set the desired seconds on the Show After fields: the close button will appear according to the seconds you will set up
4) As an option, you can enable the Show Countdown Label and customize it, so the users can be notified, that the close button will appear after some seconds:
