Most articles pull random images from other articles

I’m having an odd problem – the plugin works for about 40% of the posts on my development site, but for the rest, the pull the same image. That image doesnt appear anywhere in those articles, or on the single post page.

I’m, still troubleshooting for any plugin conflicts but wanted to see if this was a regular bug.

I’m sooooo close, this is driving me nuts.
