Create team or subset of members

First – apologies. New WP user.

We are using ultimate member in our WP website for capturing participants in an annual college ethics symposium. The symposium has been around for 45 years, but started using WP and Ultimate Members last year. Now comes this year. New participants will register. On my members page, I only want to show this year’s members. Is there a way to just show this years members? I added a registration field that has “symposium year” as a predefined uneditable 2022 variable. I thought I could simply say, just give me those with a “symposium year” = “2022”.

Probably a dumb question with an easy answer.
