Consequently the consent plugin does not run, __tcgapi function is missing and Ad Inserter does not insert ads.

You need to fix that error.
Try to disable Rocket Loader (if it is enabled) and any caching or optimizing plugin.

I also have the plugin installed on musicmundial.com/en/ and it is working normally on that site. Why? Settings are the same.

Pd: Also I want to tell you that changing the rule from ?? to ?? on adinserter’s wordpress pluging worked for me but I am waiting to see if Adsense tells me the error.

Just another question, If I activate RGPD on Adsense, can I deactivate Quantcast and delete the settings? Just to use Adsense code normally?

I can mainly help you regarding Ad Inserter.

If you mean GDPR then you can configure Ad Inserter to work without Quantcast cookie check.

Activating and deactivating the option in Cloudflare did not worked.

Just to inform you I deleted IAB and Adsense is still working normally.

I just want to ask you another issue, when I go from one entry to another one, sometimes ads doesn’t load.

I need to push F5 (reload) to see ads. Can my visitors be experiencing this?

The plugin does not show any ads, it only inserts ad codes:

AdSense ads are served by Google. And sometimes they are not served.
Only Google knows why.
