404 on translated pages after update Yoast SEO plugin

  • When using the Bogo and Yoast SEO plugin together, updating the Yoast SEO plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wordpress-seo/) always results in a 404 on all translated pages (not the original page).

    Going to the WP settings -> Permalink page and just saving the permalink settings without making any changes solves the problem.

    Does anyone have any idea how this could be caused and solved?

    Using Bogo v3.6 and Yoast SEO v19.6.1
