plugin not working

    Hi,

    I have installed and setup and got a valid google code key.

    The column headings are copied and pasted so are correct.

    It doesn’t appear to be working. How quickly should the google sheet be updated following a form submission?

    Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the delay in responding.

    The entry appears in the sheet in real-time without any delay,
    Make sure you are configured correctly along with the permission for Google Drive and Google Sheets!
    Can you deactivate the Auth and then reactivate the Auth again along with the permission and let me know if this helps?
    Otherwise, you have to enable the debug mode from wp-config.php and look at the debug.log under the wp-contents directory for the exact errors to troubleshoot further!
