Map (shortcodes) disappeared after today’s Update

I see the map on your /blog/ page. Maybe a caching issue of your browser?

You see the map because I fortunately do have a backup file on my desktop and fixed this immediately by pasting all the shortcodes of the map again…

I only would like to know what caused this issue in order to keep this in my mind…

The shortcodes are gone? Then it is a theme (or other) issue. Bozdoz has only fixed “ampersands in geojson/gpx/kml urls” and some issues for translation.

that’s really funny because the theme’s author says, quote:

“I doubt this is related to the theme as I did just a small update for the Style Variations so this can’t cause this issue. I think it’s plugin related.”

Anyway, my backup file on my computer does a great job again, copy/paste works fine ??

Then it is an other issue. The disadvantage of both Leaflet Map plugins is that they only work with shortcodes. Unfortunately, they have no functions for the editor.

once again all my maps in my blog have gone after the most recent WP Update…

So I could be just lucky that I have external backup-files for the maps and that there are not so many wordpress updates, no?

no, wait: it does not work at all now!
After clearing cache and copying back my shortcodes nothing will be displayed.
What a mess…

I installed your theme Bricksy in my testing environment, I can confirm, it does not work. I will look into it.

Some minutes later:

You are using Extensions for Leaflet Map, don’t you?

Please make a testpage with this shortcode:

[fullscreen]

Does a fullscreen icon appear?

If you don’t use Extensions for Leaflet Map please post the shortcode that does not work.

Okay. It was an error in my testing environment. It works. That is testing. ??
