Posts are not showing up on blog page

Hello,

I have two published posts and they are not showing up on my blog page. Here is the link to my blog page: https://satisfyingscents.com/blog/ Above is the link to the post. This seems more difficult than it should be. Should I just be adding new posts onto the blog page itself?
